Who are the Heck's? And why the Heck are they so important?
Well so nice of you to ask, Thank you! I am Mikaela Heck: Wife, Homeschool Mom, Cook, Baker, Digital Marketer, and Photographer. In other words I'm busy. I have two beautiful, smart and funny little girls who I am in absolute awe of, and a husband who supports all my endeavors no matter how silly, or unimportant they may seem. I've done the pyramid schemes, and crafter. He has supported me through all of it, currently the photography, and digital marketing have seemed to stick.
We live in the beautiful state of Colorado, and we absolutely love being here. We have lived in a few other states and I feel a very strong connection to CO. Waking up to the crisp mountain mornings, even in summer is always a pleasure. and we happen to live in the perfect small mountain town that has all of the necessities, and if you need anything else we're not far from the "big city".
I am also in the process of homeschooling our two girls. Thankfully, I have support from our local co-op group. The moms have been nothing but sweet, supportive, and helpful.
I had A LOT of doubt homeschooling my kids.
